You can call, text, or book through our website. We offer flexible scheduling and quick responses—especially helpful during busy seasons.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, its condition, and the service type. We provide free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind and the protection of your home and belongings.
Do you clean vacation rentals or Airbnbs?
Absolutely. We offer thorough vacation rental turnovers, including linen changes, trash removal, and detailed resets between guests. We work with individual hosts and property managers alike.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That’s completely up to you. Many clients provide access instructions and go about their day. We always lock up and secure the property before we leave.
What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers essentials like floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchens. Deep cleaning includes baseboards, behind appliances, grout, detailed scrubbing, and more attention to neglected areas.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes, we’re happy to provide one-time services for move-ins, move-outs, post-party cleanup, special events, or seasonal resets.
Do you offer pet-friendly cleaning services?
Yes, we use non-toxic, pet-safe products, and our cleaners are comfortable working around pets. Just let us know if there are any special instructions. We’re happy to clean around pet areas, such as sweeping and wiping floors near cages, crates, or litter boxes. However, we do not provide waste removal or cleaning of cages, litter boxes, or any hazardous/unsanitary pet messes. This helps us keep our team safe while still keeping your home fresh and pet-friendly.
How far in advance should I book during the summer season?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance during peak summer months, especially for vacation properties. We’ll always do our best to fit you in if you need a last-minute clean.
Can I set up recurring cleanings?
Definitely, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans with the flexibility to pause or reschedule when needed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We just ask for 24 hours’ notice. We understand plans change and always try to accommodate you with a new time that works.
Do you clean inside appliances like ovens and fridges?
Yes, but these are typically considered add-on services or included in deep cleans. Be sure to let us know in advance so we can schedule enough time.
What happens if something gets damaged?
While rare, we take full responsibility for any accidents. We are fully insured and will address any damage right away.

Yes, we offer post-construction cleanup to remove dust, debris, and get your space move-in ready, it will be considered a custom cleaning with different rates.
