Welcome to A&C Cleaning Services. We are proud to be a family-run business built on honesty, reliability, and quality results. These policies are designed to protect both you (the customer) and our team, ensuring a clear understanding of services, responsibilities, and expectations.
Service Agreement

Standard Cleaning: Covers general upkeep such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, exterior of appliances, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, and light dusting.

Deep Cleaning: Includes everything in Standard Cleaning plus moving furniture and couches, cleaning inside cabinets, sanitizing doors/knobs/switches, wiping vents and AC units, dusting/wiping picture frames, and detailing hard-to-reach areas.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Tailored to reset a home before or after a move; includes detailed cleaning of all living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Vacation Rental / Airbnb Turnover: Focused on fast, detailed cleaning, restocking essentials (if requested), and ensuring guest-ready presentation.

Custom Cleaning: Flexible cleaning based on the customer’s chosen priorities.

Safety Limits: We do not climb higher than a step stool, move extremely heavy furniture, or clean hazardous areas (mold, hoarding, biohazards)
Pricing & Payments

Transparency: All pricing is discussed in advance—no hidden fees.

Quotes: Estimates are based on home size, condition, and requested services. Quotes may adjust if conditions differ at the time of service.

Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit, and checks are accepted.

Timing: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of $25.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Hours of Operation: Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–4:00pm. Closed Sundays.

Advance Notice: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Fees: Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If our team cannot access your home, a trip charge of $50 may apply.

Rescheduling: We will always work with you to find the soonest available time that works for both sides.

Team Delays: If our cleaners are running late, we will notify you promptly.
Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you are unsatisfied with any area, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge.

Refunds are not typically offered since services are labor-based, but re-cleaning is always guaranteed.
Liability & Insurance

A&C Cleaning Services is fully insured.

We are not responsible for:

Items that are improperly secured (falling shelves, unstable furniture, loose wall hangings).

Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
-
Accidents due to cluttered or unsafe conditions.

Customers are encouraged to secure fragile or irreplaceable items before service.

In rare cases of accidental damage caused by our team, we will review claims promptly and work toward fair resolution.
Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property (keys, codes, entry instructions).

Secure pets before service begins.
-
Declutter areas to allow proper cleaning (e.g., picking up toys, laundry, dishes unless dish cleaning was booked).

Notify us of any special instructions (allergies to cleaning products, sensitive surfaces, etc.).
Health & Safety Standards

We use professional-grade cleaning products and sanitation wipes on high-touch areas.

Customers may request eco-friendly or low-chemical alternatives at booking.
-
For staff safety, we cannot handle biohazards, mold, or pest infestations.

If smoking or unsafe air quality is present in the home, we reserve the right to end service.
Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Customer data (name, address, contact info) is used strictly for scheduling and communication.

We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

Before-and-after photos may only be taken with your consent and will never include personal belongings.
Entry & Lockout Policy

If you are not home during service, please provide a safe method of entry.

If our cleaners cannot access the property, a $50 lockout fee may apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring any alarm systems are properly disarmed or codes provided.
Pets Policy

Pets must be safely secured during cleaning.

Our team loves pets but cannot clean up pet waste, litter boxes, or accidents unless pre-arranged.
